I received a 90 minute Swedish massage from Anton this morning . Oh. My. Goodness. I was so relaxed afterwards I couldn't really talk properly for about an hour. And still this evening I'm feeling really chilled out. Anton really knows his stuff and he is extremely professional in his approach. Anton is open to adaptions using other skills, for example reflexology to map out where other issues might be in the body. Also I had horribly tight IT bands

Anton is one of the most genuine caring people I have met, I didn't feel pressured in to anything I didn't need/want Anton was honest and to the point, my son struggles with his emotions and often has anger/frustrated outburst, although my son has only seen Anton 3 times he looks forward everytime to see him!
I have some physical health problems and since working with Warhorse my pain has significantly dropped.
I've never met anyone with so much drive and so much passion for fitness like Anton from Warhorse Training.
I've got my own limitations due fibro and hypermobility and have struggled to get moving again after a number of years out of the gym due to various disabilities and injuries and Anton has been understanding of my pain levels, limitations but also encouraging, motivating and made me feel for the first time in a long time that I am capable of doing the activities I once loved.
He has helped me work towards my fitness goals, which of course when you smash them - you make more goals.
He's extremely professional and I was pleased with the results he helped me to achieve.
