Been training with nathen a while now and he's shown me correct form, time under tention when lifting and decent meal plans to get where I want to be and it's a journey I'm glad to take with Nathan as he doesn't judge u in any way and keeps feeding positive information that keeps me on my path to the person I want to be.
After a few weeks of attending the classes my motivation to train increased and I felt stronger regaining strength in my upper body whilst losing those extra pounds I'd been carrying around.
I progressed beyond my expectations, Nathan was with me Rep by Rep, I turn 40 this year and I have never been stronger.

Nathan has helped me to achieve this through personal training sessions and attending his boot camps and boxing sessions.
My fitness has improved so much, and as for my strength, he’s got me shoulder pressing 20kg… which is definitely a first!

I have been attending bootcamp for 2 yrs now it helps me with my anxiety and depression I'm stronger and fitter than ever I've lost body fat and increased muscle mass and always walk away ( barely lol) with a big smile on my face.
I look at everyone who does it like a second family as everyone helps each other by cheering them on, we push each other, are very friendly and a great laugh too
