Wutian Martial Art in Isle of Dogs
I love these classes. The other students are friendly and supportive, you don't feel judged and Jai is an excellent teacher. Everything is broken down clearly so you know what you are doing and can understand each movement. Then she pushes you to get better and stronger whilst also being very patient and kind. After trying a few martial arts over the years I am very happy to have finally found one where I can feel myself getting stronger and more confident. A seriously great workout as well.
