Being an ageing martial artist the Yoga is really helping with historic injuries & overhaul flexibility,Exercises & breathing techniques delivered perfectly by Nicola in a friendly atmosphere followed by a short relaxation at the end of each class
My son attends the Thai Boxing class while my Yoga lesson takes place, so we both attend our excersize at the same time.
