It was very interesting and informative and gave me 'food for thought'.

Ruth's gentle and loving classes have kept me supple, and her words help me stay positive.

I have known her for over 20 years and I really admire how she has developed her yoga offerings over the years, being flexible during COVID and taking her classes online.

We are so fortunate to have the options of in person, zoom & portal.

Ruth has really risen to the challenge of exploring new ways of working and I feel her online classes are very successful in achieving a sense of community and connection.

I joined whilest my life was being turned upside down but have found our yoga sessions help me cope with stress and anxiety, not to mention keeping the aches and pains at bay meaning I can continue the physical job I love...

She is kind and compassionate and combines her knowledge of Gentle Yoga , Pilates and her other trainings to create a class that builds gently so although everything is easy, by the end you know you have moved every muscle in your body.

Her completely personalised and gentle guided visualisations were offered at appropriate times and provided the much needed release of some attached energy I had attracted at one point.

I was at a one-day-yoga&relaxation-retreat with Ruth, and she was the most amazing mentor, creating such positive vibrations for the whole group as I had never observed before.

I can relate to all the comments about Ruth, as I have been to her classes (face to face and online), workshops, courses, teacher training and retreats over many years.
