I would totally recommend attending one of Irina's classes whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.
I have taken part in a few of Irina’s classes over the past few weeks as a complete beginner and have enjoyed the classes so much, Irina is so calming and explains everything about how and why we are doing the moves, I have learnt so much, she is a brilliant teacher and would recommend her classes to everyone of all abilities.
Irina is a very nice lady and has great experience in connecting body to mind, recommend to anyone who hasn't tried yoga before, she keeps an eye out so you don't get left behind :)
I was 17 weeks when I first started the pregnancy yoga, alongside ladies who were 38 weeks pregnant, so this class can be for anyone throughout their pregnancy as Irina allows us all to work to our own pace as our bodies begin to expand!
Super nice yoga studio and I would highly recommend for any expecting moms :)
If I cannot make on a Saturday I make sure I go another day as I cannot go without a yoga lesson.
A friend recommended Irina's yoga class (she also does pilates, pregnancy yoga classes, etc.
Baby yoga classes are also taught, as well as pregnancy yoga, Pilates, and much more!
They’re always full of good detailed instruction, have plenty of variety and have helped me to feel a sense of progression with my practice.
My morning yoga class with Irina was the highlight of my thursday.
