Nikki initially trained at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney where she attained a diploma in remedial massage and complementary therapies. She continued her training at the NHS Natural Health School in Harrogate, where she achieved a Distinction in the ITEC Level 3 diploma in reflexology, aromatherapy, and holistic massage. Most recently she has gained specialist training for supporting women's health with reflexology with post graduate workshops at the Reflexology Academy London.

Loving yoga with Laura.
Laura is a brilliant teacher, her classes are the best yoga and Pilates classes I have been to and her new studio is wonderful.
She moves herself so I can see if not able to hear and makes eye contact or comes over to gently guide if I’ve missed an instruction.
Laura's Pilates classes are great - I do lots of cycling (and some running) and find they help with all the little things to help stay injury-free and all-round fit and healthy.
Back to pilates with Laura for the first time in a couple of months and in at the deep end with Barre pilates.
Laura has created a lovely atmosphere in the new studio and is a wonderful meticulous and caring teacher.
Such a beautiful space, a variety ofvwonderful classes on offer with experienced teachers.
I have tried most of the classes ( using an easy payment by use plan) and now have my favourites which are affordable using their monthly plan.
Zen studio is the perfect studio space for a great experience and lovely atmosphere.
