Can I start pole classes with no upper body strength?
Absolutely! A lot of people assume you need to be strong to start your pole journey, but anyone can start with little or no upper body strength. You will gradually build up your strength as you go.
I don't have any dance experience - are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our choreography class offers variations depending on your level of experience, and all of the moves are broken down to assist with your learning
How old do I have to be to take part in classes?
There is no age limit to our pole/stretch/yoga classes, however, minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Our heels tricks and heels choreography classes are strictly 18+
