🐴 𝑨 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑪 𝒖𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆. . . . . 🥰 nnSo after a very rubbish winter ( name me on equestrian that didn’t struggle 😂 ) I decided that something I needed to do to help C find his inner peace, balance and trust in his body again was ground work. n•nAfter just two sessions with Nicola Jane Bell I’m seeing huge changes in his posture ( no longer trying to make himself 14.2hh) his awareness in his own body and how it moves, understanding his emotions ( again, finally! ) n𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒂 𝒍𝒐𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 ？ n•nNicola has helped me work on my own eye with how C moves when he’s relaxed and when he needs help from me and all this must be done with my energy kept very low ( as always trying to slow C down ) it’s been wonderful to see his progress after two sessions and now to have some practise at home before we go back in a few weeks for a ridden session too ( when I ride C I have very few issues where he feels connected to me, literally.
