Yes you can. Flexibility is very practical for high kicks but it is not an absolute must and there are many aspects of Tae Kwon Do at which you will be able to excel.

You are never too old to start Tae Kwon Do, so long as you are physically able to train. The most important aspect of training is that you feel good about the training and that you make progress on both a physical and mental level.

That totally depends on how much you train. It takes a minimum of three and a half years, training twice a week, to become a black belt, providing you pass every grading examination.

Gradings are not compulsory. Colour belt gradings are held every three months. Our training syllabus allows you to grow and develop your skills at your own pace. A variety of tournaments are available to all students who wish to compete.

Nothing but your time and some sweat. All our students are insured from the moment they step into the dojang (training hall). You will be offered free introductory lessons. If, after your free introductory lessons, you wish to join us, then we will talk you through the cost of the licence, insurance and membership with absolute clarity. You are under no obligation.
