Can I still join your kickboxing programs?
Absolutely! Our programs welcome individuals of all body types. With the right exercises, diet, training, mindset, and motivation, you'll get into the best shape for kickboxing.
How experienced are your instructors?
Our instructors are highly trained with years of experience, delivering top-notch fun but challenging sessions on a daily basis in our programs to all ages and abilities.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
No worries! Our programs are designed for beginners with no prior experience. We'll guide you every step of the way to master the art of kickboxing, getting fit and healthy whist having fun in the process.
How can you help?
Confidence is key to overcoming bullying. At Hastings Kickboxing, we are very passionate about battling bullying, we instill confidence in all members from day one. Teaching them to respect themselves and others. A happy, healthy, confident child will be a far less attractive target to any prospective bully.
What do I need to bring with me, do I need boxing gloves?
Not at all, we do have all the equipment required to get you started with us at HKA, if you already have you own gloves/kit then your welcome to bring it with you. We also do sell all the equipment in our pro shop iat reception, where a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
