FAQs

Do I need to be fit to do Taekwondo?

Not necessarily, in fact a lot of people actually join Taekwondo to get fit! In parts, fitness does help but the instructors know that everyone is different and always try to ensure students push themselves where they can in attempt to attain higher and better personal levels and goals.

Do I have to wear those scary white pyjamas?

The uniform we wear is called a dobok and it is part of the tradition and etiquette of our martial art. It also ensures all those who start are equal and eliminates any initial perceived image of elitism.

How do I start?
