What is Krav Maga?

What equipment do I need for Krav Maga classes?

To begin your training, comfortable workout attire, such as a t-shirt, athletic pants, and supportive footwear, is recommended. As you progress, additional protective gear such as mouthguards, groin protection, and shin guards may be required for specific drills and sparring. Our instructors will provide guidance on the appropriate equipment as you advance in your training.

Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join?

No previous martial arts experience is required. Krav Maga is a stand-alone system that does not rely on other martial arts backgrounds. Our classes are designed to teach you the necessary skills from scratch, regardless of your prior experience.
