Yokohama International Aikido Club is our parent dojo in Yokohama, Japan. The club was established in 1997 and the club's founder is Atsushi Mimuro shihan a direct student of Seigo Yamaguchi shihan. Istvan, our main instructor met Atsushi Mimuro sensei almost 10 years ago while he was practicing in London at Aikido Wimbledon. Mimuro shihan is the technical director of Aikido Wimbledon and Lancashire Aikikai. His unique approach to aikido reflects his wonderful personality, humbleness and his generosity to share aikido with anyone interested.
