In our community meditation, we reflected on these phrases, adapted from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Before you dismiss them, consider this: "I want nothing": Dive deeper into the phrase. Ponder on the idea of desires and how they often dictate our actions and feelings. Visualise all your desires as bubbles. Watch them float up and away, leaving you with a sense of contentment and peace. Feel a weight lifting as you release the need for anything external to complete you. "I do nothing": Embrace the idea that you don’t need to act or react to feel worthy or complete. Visualise yourself as a mountain, unmovable, unaffected by the world's events and actions. Understand that in stillness, there's strength and clarity. "I am everything": Reflect on the interconnectedness of all things. Visualise your energy expanding outward, merging with the universe. Feel a sense of unity, knowing you are a part of everything and everything is a part of you. Hopefully, you can now see these words are about embracing contentment, peace and unity.
