FAQs

How old do you have to be to follow a programme?

Personal Training is suitable for individuals (12+) of any age, regardless of their fitness levels. You do not have to have trained before. Many clients are total beginners.

Why do I need to commit long-term to a training programme?

Limitless advocates sustainable approach to healthy living and lifestyle management. It is impossible to achieve this overnight or through quick fix training and/or nutrition routines.

What would you suggest?

There are two great options available to you; 2-To-1 Personal Training or our popular Group Training Workouts for 4 people. Speak to one of our Limitless Personal Trainers who can discuss the best programme to suit you.

Should I do any exercise outside of my personal training sessions?

Previously we have found that clients who like to follow various exercise programmes with multiple trainers simultaneously take longer to see results. Our Limitless Personal Trainers can recommend tailored workouts for you to complete outside your sessions that complement the existing programme you are following.
