FAQs
How long are the training sessions?
Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes. We have a variety of group fitness classes which are either 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.
Will I be able to fit it into my current lifestyle?
We are open from 6:15am-8:00pm with sessions available every morning, lunchtime and evening on weekdays. We are also open on Saturdays from 7:30am-12pm.
How often do I need to train?
For best results, we recommend 3-4x per week. However, if you are new to exercise or are already active away from us then you can still get good results coming in 2x per week.
