Here’s an amazing food diary hack / calorie tracking trick 🍆📈 I created with my client Danielle! nnSo Danielle couldn’t be bothered with apps, recipe books and meal plans because she liked to cook what and when she pleased. nnShe wanted to keep her creative cooking hobby alive whilst she committed to reconstructing her habits and dropping a dress size without sacrificing her life. ⭐nnDanielle had (and still has) all the usual things in her cupboards; pasta, rice, potatoes, green veg, salad veg, meats, cheeses and fruit. That didn’t have to change. nnRather than relaunching her cuisine completely with new shopping lists, items that couldn’t be pronounced and spices she’d never even heard of, we did something much much easier… 😎nnOn her kitchen wall, we made a gorgeous chart of all her usual ingredients, relative portion sizes and measurements and then wrote down the calorie content of each ingredient. nnIn order to work out the calories, Danielle goes to the chart and adds up all of the things she used to wizz up her dish, keeping track of everything without hassle!nnThis is such a simple and easy solution to calorie counting and something every household can do on the back of a cupboard door within minutes! nnCoach Ben 🙏...
