It's been one of those weekends. nnOne of those weekends where the intrusive and harmful thoughts come in.nnOne of those weekends where, at times, it can feel like the whole world's against you.nnBut after lighting all the candles and things, as I sit down to write about my experiences, and reflect, I can also see that it was one of those brilliant weekends too, despite the mud that was thrown and the sludge I had to wade through. nnIt was also one of those weekends where I was brave enough to ask for help and fortunate enough to receive it abundantly. nnI didn't collapse. I didn't binge. I didn't hide.nnLove flowed. I let go. I cried. nnWithin 12 hours, the feeling of crisis becomes a sense of growth. I'm physically and emotionally moving through my feelings and challenges.nnI feel blessed too that I have an arsenal of body movements to support me, which means I am never truly stuck in the mud - even if it feels it in the moment.nnI've got some aches and pains to work through, but they aren't permanent. And the same sense of temporary applies to you, too, and any of your bodily or emotional challenges that restrict your movement and growth.nnI'm available for Mobility Assessments this week, and I am looking forward to starting with someone new on Friday already. nnAnd we keep going.
