It’s been a whole mindset change from not being consistent with her training (there’s been times where I’ve pulled it completely) to getting every session boxed off weekly with progressions on EVERY session.nnEmma is literally ON IT. Don’t get us wrong, its not being a click of our fingers and easy peasy we’re here. But aint no more yo-yo dieting here that’s for sure. nnHonestly, every time I think about the direction we’re going in, I get so buzzing!! We’ve still got a little to go with our fat loss phase but man oh man the building phase after is going to be so damn sweet. nnMate I am so proud of you!!
