Figures for total weight lost over the last 18 months (in all metrics cus why not flaunt it 😝) - 49kgs 📉 - ⁠108 lbs 📉 - ⁠7 stone 11 lbs 📉 What Andy has done is truly life changing. Andy is the perfect example of someone who was committed to change and has powered on through. In this time he has enjoyed a month long holiday, he has enjoyed beers out, and not restricted food to only chicken and broccoli! There is only so much we can do as fitness coaches, and the reality is, it’s in the hands of the individual to apply what we say to their life.
