What does the program include?
It includes a personal program plan, a weekly online check-in, a whole host of resources including ebooks covering how to get started, nutrition, exercise and much more, access to workout programs and videos for both home and gym, recipe books and nutrition guides alongside the latest tips, food and exercise hacks, menopause guidance and supplementation.
Is it suitable for vegan/vegetarian diets?
The benefit of GGL is that you get to choose your favourite foods. With all the nutrition knowledge the program guides you through all the right foods to eat even for vegans and vegetarians. There are also plenty of vegan and vegetarian recipe ideas to help you balance your meals and stay focussed.
What results can I expect in 6 weeks?
It depends on your goal and consistency in adhering to the program. The more you put in and learn, the better your results will be. We work towards both fat loss and inch loss on the weight loss program. The added health benefits in energy, sleep, confidence and health will be incredibly surprising at the end of the 6 weeks.
