No crowded gym, prying eyes or chaotic crazy classes, everyone running round like headless chickens. Just a Relaxed, supportive space where you can feel comfortable, listened to and understood!! The average cost of a PT session is between £30 & £40, that's £240 to £320 per month for training twice per week. I'm offering the same frequency for less than £35 per week (under £17.50 per session), following a plan tailored to meet your needs, goals an where your currently starting at. You'll train with up to 2 other like minded people (or grab a friend/relative) with similar goals, all wanting the best for each other!! If your currently stuck at point A, with absolutely no clue how to get to point B. Let me take all the guess work out of it for you, just turn up, work hard, have fun, because believe it or not, you can get fitter, stronger, happier and healthier, whilst having a smile on your face....
