What should I wear?

Make sure you wear clothing you are comfortable in and that are not too restricting. Footwear is dependent on the type of training you are doing. General weightlifting/ Hiit training: trainers with a minimal arch Deadlifts: flat soled shoes such as converses Olympic lifting: shoes with a heel lift

What do I get for my money?

You get my continuous support throughout your journey with me. You will have my many years of experience as a PT with the knowledge I have gained. You will get tailored training plans and nutritional advice.

How do personal training sessions work?

Personal training sessions work by figuring out goals you want to achieve. Then setting targets to hit on a structured plan to keep you on the right track. This will help take the stress of the work out as you will have someone to hold you accountable.

Is this possible?

I am able to give you nutritional advice on the best foods to eat but currently unable to provide a diet plan. I am able to help you with any questions you have regarding workouts and will be happy to tailor a training plan to your needs.

I'm not very experienced in the gym, can you help with all levels of fitness?

Not a problem, sessions will be tailored to your level of fitness with the intent to continuously develop and enhance your health, fitness and strength.
