Can I use the equipment if I have a Health Problem?

Yes, many of our members live with one or more health problems and find our equipment helps improve their general wellbeing. We will discuss your individual health matter on the consultation and document this, enabling us to develop a personal planned approach for you. Our free 30 minute trial will enable you to try the equipment for yourself and see the benefits it can bring. We advise you to check with your doctor before beginning any exercise programme.

What services do you provide?

Membership includes access to a range of services, including Toning, Cardio Equipment, Power Plate and Classes. Our toning power-assisted machines offer gentle exercise in a friendly and relaxed environment to achieve your goals. For more information about our services, check out our dedicated Services page.

Do you offer Pay-as-You Go?

No, our membership offers work out much cheaper than pay-as-you-go. However, we can offer 10 sessions for 1 hour of total workout on toning & cardio equipment to be used within 3 months.
