FAQs

What services do you offer?

We have three fitness plans you can choose from:- Group Sessions, One-to-One PT, Run Club and Cognitive Behavioural Theraphy Sessions. Please see the following link for details.

I never exercise and have very little fitness, will I be able to handle your classes?

The simple answer is Yes! Before starting our programme, we will discuss your fitness goals and understand how we can design a fitness plan to suit your lifestyle and objectives. Our small group sessions are designed to suit each individual and our workouts are challenging but fun.

How many days per week do I need to work-out?

This depends on your health and fitness goals. You would need to dedicate at least 2-3 times a week to see results. If fewer than that, each workout can seem as if you are starting all over again.

How frequently should I see a Personal Trainer?

This depends on each individual. If you are just getting started with your exercise and nutrition, need motivation and support to exercise, or have an injury you are working through, then you will probably need to see a trainer at least once or twice a week. Once you have consistently progressed with your fitness programme, you may decide to reduce your personal training to bi-weekly sessions.

How quickly will I see the results of my training?

You can expect to feel the results quicker than you see them. People who start an exercise program and are consistent with their workouts and nutrition, normally see a difference in their energy levels, sleep patterns and mood changes within two to three weeks. The changes in your body composition may take longer. However, consistency in your fitness and nutrition is key for quicker results. Rather than obsess about weighing yourself on the scales, take a lighter approach and use a pair of old jeans that now fit comfortably well as an indication that you are well on your way of achieving your fitness goals.
