🤗Andrea here, just a quick intro if you are new to our page. 💁‍♀️I’m a Physiotherapist with an MSc in Advance Practice in Physio and PGDIP in Sports Medicine and Exercise. I am also a fully certified Pilates instructor, Reformer instructor, Nordic walking instructor and Clinical Bike Fitter. I enjoy all aspects of Physio, especially the rehabilitation of orthopaedic conditions, pre/ post surgery, spinal conditions, osteoporosis, sports injuries and postnatal. 🙋🏼‍♀️I’m a mum of 4 and a big fitness fan! I love exercise in many forms especially Pilates and Reformer. 😊I believe exercise is key to enjoying a healthy and active lifestyle and rehabilitation is the best way to recover from pain, injury and surgery for long term well being. Pilates exercises form an important part of all the rehab programs I give my clients. 💜Over the years I have loved seeing our clients make progress and feel and move better as a result of their regular Pilates and rehab practice! 👍🏻I’ve experienced myself, as well as seen with my clients, the importance of being consistent and having good support. 🙏As our business has grown over the years so has our team and the services we offer.
