FAQs

What should I bring to class?

You should bring with you a bottle of water to keep you hydrated during class, and wear suitable clothing. You may wish to bring a towel for hot classes. Our studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks and blankets for your convenience and comfort. There is no additional charge for using our mats and equipment, and you are welcome to bring your own.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before class, ready to begin on time. Please note that if you arrive early for your class and there is another class still in progress, you may find the studio is locked.

How do i know if a class is suitable for me?

We cater to all levels and abilities, and all our classes are welcoming to all students, however if you are brand new to yoga, our classes marked as beginners level will probably be the best place to start! If you have questions about a specific class, please contact the studio.

Do I need to book?

We recommend that all our students book in advance to ensure a space in their preferred class. To book online, simply choose your class from our booking schedule, and follow the steps as prompted.
