Who is Pilates good for?

Everybody Needs Pilates! Club Pilates members range from teens to seniors. With nine signature class types and four different class levels, Club Pilates has a workout that will work for you. If you have very specific goals or workout requirements due to injury, you can start with private training sessions that are tailored to your personal needs.

Why should I try Pilates?

Pilates conditions the smaller muscles throughout the body so you can improve your balance, mobility, and stability while preventing injuries. It is a full-body, low-impact workout that works core strength without overloading or stressing joints.

How much does a Club Pilates membership cost?

Club Pilates pricing varies by studio location, region, and membership type. To offer flexibility for every BODY, we have 4 class, 8 class, and unlimited membership options. Every studio also offers a FREE Introductory Class! To find out about your options and rates, call or email your local studio!

Can I take a single class at Club Pilates?

Drop-in classes are available at all Club Pilates studios! Price varies depending on studio location. An unlimited monthly or yearly membership will give you the lowest per-class price. Contact your local studio for specific pricing and membership information!
