Can we just take a moment, and look at what is really importantâ¦nnI see a lot of young performers who successfully audition for professional jobs and that is fantastic and you absolutely should be proud, but can we also praise who children who audition and didnât get the call backs, the children who audition and get through to the final rounds but didnât quite make it. I am not that person who goes round saying everyone should get a medal for taking part in the egg and spoon race , I do believe in credit where credit is due BUT can we also take time to praise these children because this shows a real life skill- resilience, persistence and commitment. nnTo ALL Those children that continue to audition for roles, Continue to attend competitions but donât place, continue to work hard in class but hasnât been chosen for a solo â¦. nYour time will come !!! âï¸...
