😩 Still no pole for me after my running injury and generally resting a bit off of work due to the sore joints in my hands. I think over 20 years of teaching pole dancing is taking its toll, at least my shoulder finally feels better, after a year of no twisty grip and iron X moves I’m wondering if it’s time to start training for it again. nn😭 My Chloe leaves this week for travelling, she’s off to Canada. We will all miss her so much! She’s been an absolute dream to have on my team. Make sure you wish her well and make the most of her before she goes. This Thursday is her last day. She will pop back for a bit hopefully before she goes off to Uni though I think. nn😍 I have Sabrina and Abbie stepping up next week and I will be back to teaching pole again too. Watch me get behind with my admin now I’m not sitting on the sidelines of my classes responding to my messages! nn🏆 Week 5 is next week already done it’s time to return those trophy’s so we can pick out next Star Pole Dancer of this course! nnXxx...
