FAQs

How is my direct debit calculated?

Your direct debit is calculated on how many lessons there are in the year, multiplied by cost of each lesson and divided by 12 months for regular monthly payment.

What happens to my payments over the holiday periods?

Direct Debit payments are split into 12 equal monthly payments and cover the number of lessons offered throughout the year. Therefore, your payment will be due.

Do you have parking?

We have on site parking which can get busy at time and there is also on street parking available on Horton Crescent and surrounding roads. Please take note of advertised parking restrictions. Parking is limited and can get busy at times.

How old does my child need to be to visit unsupervised?

Children aged 17 years or younger require an adult to be on site at all times. Children aged under 14 years require direct adult supervision at all times.

What are the centres opening hours?

We have varied opening hour as we operate for the Schools needs as well enabling our members to exercise. Please click here to view our opening hours and timetables.

So what's this Total Immersion thing all about? Total Immersion is a method of swimming that prioritises efficient movement and efficiency in the water. It's not a different swim style but rather a method of learning the best swim style! It focusses on learning how water works and efficient effective movement. It breaks the stroke down into step by step movements to help your body and your brain learn how to move through the water effortlessly. It prioritises balance, streamlining and whole body propulsion that is kind to the body but also fast and efficient. Check out famous TI Coach Shinji for an example of graceful swimming.
