FAQs
Do I get in the water with my child?
Parents do not get in the water with their children for these classes. Our highly trained instructors are in the water with the children and are always ready to help and encourage even the most nervous of swimmers. We understand that it may be a very daunting time for your child coming to swimming lessons for the first time. We will help them overcome their initial concerns and help them develop a love for the water - they will be swimming with a smile on their face in no time!
Can my child eat before coming swimming?
We ask that children do not eat for an hour before coming swimming. If a child is sick in the pool, the pool will have to be closed and further lessons for that session ceased.
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
If your child misses a lesson due to illness or any other reason we will do our best to try and find a space for them to have a catch up lesson, please note that this may not always be possible due to full classes on different days/times.
