Sadly, no. Poor instruction and exercises can lead a singer into physically harming their voice. Teaching bad habits can also prevent a singer from maximising their voice. It is not uncommon for us to work with experienced singers and increase their range dramatically in a handful of lessons even though they had already taken previous lessons for years. The good news is that in many cases the damage can be undone.

No. If a student has a love for singing and an attention span, they can work towards improving their voice and achieving their goals. We have worked with singers as young as 5yrs and 6yrs old and singers in their late 70s.

Some certainly are more gifted than others, but as long as you can speak and are not tone deaf (which is an EXTREMELY rare medical condition), you can sing. Everyone can improve their voice and everyone will see a difference in their very first lesson with us. To what degree is up to you, how often you study and practice in between.
