This month I am re-starting the Harmony Hypnobirthing bump and buggy walks! This is a free activity for everyone to get outside, get active and make some friends for maternity leave. Everyone is welcome, so feel free to share this event with anyone you know who might be interested. The walks will be held at Darenth Country Park. There is free parking here, but no facilities. The walk will last approx 45 minutes, but everyone is welcome to do another loop after or sit and have a chat. Older siblings are welcome and there is a nice play park here for after the walk. Location: Darenth Country Park. We meet at the car park that is accessed from Green St Green Road (DA2 6PU). Dates: The last Friday of each month.
