This is a small and friendly class, suitable for every body - beginners always welcome ☺️ Each class offers a safe space for you to really tune in to your mind and body. 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖 We start slow and steady, connecting to the breath and gently moving the body. Some weeks we might work on alignment in a few postures, other weeks we might move through a gentle flow, followed by longer held postures on the floor. We always move with the intention of nourishing body and mind, practising with kindness and compassion. 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖 The class finishes with deep relaxation to leave you feeling light and peaceful, drifting into the end of your week.
