😴 It's so obvious it almost doesn't bare saying but the answer to tiredness isn't working harder and getting more done.nnBut it really does need saying, doesn't it. I know that for years I've been pushing on through. When I've been frazzled and overwhelmed my response has been to work a bit harder, achieve a bit more. And just put up with being perpetually exhausted! nnNo longer! From now on how about we acknowledge when we're tired and respond with understanding and compassion - allowing time for rest, sleep and 'self-care'? nnAnd what does this actually mean? What would a life with more rest actually look like? For me it means recognising that at certain point of my menstrual cycle I need more rest than others - those weeks I have scheduled into my calendar times when I can take 20 minutes to lie down, close my eyes and listen to a Yoga Nidra or binaural beats. I'm also making time for longer daily meditation so my day starts calm and mindful. nnWhat are your rest solutions? How do you get rest into your life? Together can we normalise doing less, being calmer and resting more? ✨😴💗nn #RestRevolution #restrevolutionyoga #restrevolution🖤🌈 #restmore #restmorelifestyle #restmorestressless #dolessbemore #dolessbemoreyou #dolessbemoregoals #dolessbemorepresent #dolessbemorefeelgood #ChillOut #chilltime #chillvibes #restisthenewyoga #restisthenewhustle #restisthenewrebellion #restisthenewbusy #restisthenewwork #restisthenewsport...
