Ching has been practising martial arts and combat sports for almost 20 years. In his younger days he competed and gained several inter club awards including Lambeth College boxing champion. He then went on to have 8 professional fights before focussing on coaching and personal training. Ching believes that learning the art of boxing is that it's not just about techniques, it's about practising the mindset to overcome life challenges. What he loves most is that providing a good training session can turn someone's bad day into a great day

Following personal circumstances I lost my motivation for working out, something that has always been so important to me.
The gym has a great ethos, is welcoming and the coaches are very knowledgable, supportive and encouraging.
I recently joined the Tech Skills class run by Luca and it’s one of the most exciting and satisfying experiences ever.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into boxing, take their fitness to the next level, or switch from the gym.

Absolutely class boxing gym, couldn’t recommend enough
I did not exercise for quite a few years so it was very hard for me at the beginning but the 12 rounds team has been very supportive and helped me finish the Fundamentals program.
I've still got a long way to go, from a mental health perspective, as well as learning boxing, but the team, the classes, classmates, all have made a massive impact on me, that will always appreciate.
Luca always finds a way to make technical teaching fun and extremely valuable, either you are moving your first steps into boxing or you are an experienced fighter.
Big shout out to all the coaches especially Luca who help craft you into amazing fighters and people!
