I started doing Anna's Barre+Core class at the her Pilates studioabout a year and a half ago and the change in my posture, core strength and shape has been amazing. I have lower back issues and since doing this fantastic class, which Iwould highly recommend if you want to get a fully body workout, my back injury has improved and Ihave very little problems with it now and can go months with no discomfort. Before Iwas having to have physio at least once a fortnight.

(I would be that person to say I would meet you then call off at last minute because I couldnt face going out) So the news I have to share is I feel so much better and almost pain free I am now reducing my medication and hopefully will be coming completely off it in 2021.
Although you are encouraged to extend your capabilities, you are never forced to do something beyond your limits and are never made to feel a failure for this.
There really is something for everyone online, from a beginner to the more experienced & I'd heartily recommend giving it a go!
Anna provides different options for each exercise to suit all levels whilst continuing to challenge you to improve.
Pilates has been great for addressing weaknesses and imbalance I had in my knees and ankles, so I’ve been able to start running again.
