In addition to the instructor, the students themselves are great and take the time to chat before and after class.
I've never met a kinder, more genuinely complimentary dance teacher, who also provides useful corrections and huge amounts of welcome technical guidance.
I have suffered for years with an old neck injury and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which I have had acupuncture, physiotherapy and chiropractic treatments and now thanks to Heathers encouragement and gentle guidance I am having my first full nights sleep in years plus when I get back to my desk after class I feel complete refreshed and energised for the rest of the day.
Heather also takes an interest in what her dancers are upto outside of the studio, asking how we are getting on and even helping me with career choices!
The classes are challenging for me but I can feel it’s doing me good and Heather is so lovely and encouraging.
