Henry, Niall and the team bring energy and expertise to this epic boxing gym, which blends the traditional nature of a proper boxing club with trendy luxury.
The training here is exceptional, driven by coaches (Henry, Niall and Max are second to non) who are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly approachable and motivational.
There are even different sessions at the same class which makes you enjoy the process more day by day.
Amazing coaches/team and great facilities, I am always enjoying my time there and I am improving and learning new things.
If you ever get a chance and want to learn authentic boxing skills, Henry is definitely the person you should train with.

As a woman in my mid forties, out of shape who had done no training for years it took a bit of courage to step in the gym but I was immediately made to feel so welcome and I enjoyed the experience from the get go.
