Claire's Pilates Studio

I started Claire's Pilates a couple of months ago and the improvement is amazing! For the first time in yeras I actually feel I don't need the physio any more! My core, pelvis and back are stronger and I feel proud of myself for sticking with it but also really enjoying Reformer Pilates. I can't tell you how pleased I am I found this studio, anyone considering whether this would suit them please give it a go - you may find yourself falling in love with it like I have. I’m so glad I found Claire’s studio, not just for the fitness element, but also the friendly and knowledgable instructors.
The classes are varied and you feel like you’ve achieved something.
I started as a total beginner and started to going once a week, I was supported to ensure I was doing everything correctly, the classes are well structured and actually very relaxing as the studio is beautifully maintained, the lighting and the background music have been appropriately thought out to make the class a wonderful experience.
All the teachers, Claire, Carrie and Kirsten are committed to ensuring you are safely guided through the reformer exercises.
It’s clean and light and Claire and Carrie who run the classes I have attended are thoughtful and very warm and professional.
I have been going to clairs studio only for few months and feeling stronger already.
I’ve been coming here a few years now , the first time was due to a back problem and when Claire went through certain things she realised that I use my back for everything, I’m now more aware of my posture and have been coming to reformer Pilates ever since, both Claire and Carrie are great teachers and for me it’s a great way to exercise without breaking a sweat, my main reason for attending twice a week is to keep my body flexible for as long as possible
