Only been there a couple of months, but the gym is fantastic!
East park gym is an amazing modern facility with all the equipment you would want to train, the staff and trainers there at always on hand for anything you need, the last few months I have been using Ollie from OG performance he’s a trainer at the gym and he has helped me with my training and I can see the improvements every session.
I then went on to book PT sessions with her and she has really helped me create some goals and more importantly get me on the road to achieving them!
Emily (EJ Fitness) is patient but drives you to do the best or even more than your best when you think you not got it.
Staff are super friendly and equipment and gym size is just what I needed.
Get PT’d by Ollie and seen such a change in both confidence and performance.
I'm so glad I made the decision to join here, the gym itself is so clean, great equipment, and plenty of it.
The classes are brilliant, in particular the lift classes with Will and AMRAP with Emily.
Ryder, Emily and Alex are an asset to the success of this gym…🙌💪👌🏻 …
