Our private and peaceful studio has all the mod cons, offering 'heated yoga' classes as well as uber-relaxing classes and Reformer Pilates. No gimmicks, just great teaching where the phrase 'getting away from it all' has never felt more apt…!

Awesome studio, fantastic instructors, and a lovely welcoming atmosphere.
From the delightful happy girls checking you in at reception to the variety of excellent yoga/barre/pilates teachers who take you through a practice of your choice.
It doesn’t matter whether you have never done a downward dog before, you are welcomed and supported - whatever level you are.
The teachers are superb, it is actually difficult to choose which class to attend as they are all so good!
Not only is it good for flexibility, but I didn’t realise how good it would be for strength, and for state of mind too!
