Sentiment Analysis
I’ve been attending Emma’s weekly classes and one off sessions for almost a year now and have learnt so much personally that I’ve been able to incorporate into my everyday life.
I’m pregnant with gestational diabetes and Emma even made sure there was a yummy treat that was safe for me to enjoy so that I wasn’t left out of the tea and cake section of the afternoon.

Emma is an amazing yoga teacher and creates a warm and supportive environment to be yourself and do what your body (& mind) needs.
Due to my underlying health, I needed a few tweaks to various yoga poses, Emma is always happy to provide alternative poses and accomodate all needs.
