Andy is an amazing trainer and always responds when you have a question, he also sends additional information on questions through the week which helps with understanding with how things work, on his plan I have managed to drop 8kg within 4months with no pain of consistently feeling hungry or like it’s a constant challenge to do, additionally my strength has gone up tremendously, Andy is really great and definitely worth it as he helps with the personal investment into yourself to make you look and feel better with less stress and pure guidance.
