After six sessions I’m hooked and well on my way to fitness.
She did a brilliant job of really listening to my circumstances and thinking carefully about how I could fit exercise into my life as a busy and exhausted first time mum.
I was looking very specifically for ‘strength for runners’ type training, and Ian has been fantastic in designing sessions that are absolutely focused on this requirement, and that are challenging in the right way.
