Sentiment Analysis

Stuart was incredibly knowledgeable, super nice and I don't relish being touched by strangers but I felt comfortable the whole time!!

I had a free session which was an eye opener of what I need to work on.

My issues have not disappeared yet because it’s been problematic for years, but I see a huge improvement compared to the first day I met Stuart!

He examined me from head to toe and said my knees were not too bad and with his expert advice and following his exercise plan I feel so much better, the pain is less and my mobility has improved.

Excellent experience and Stuart really helped to identify what was wrong and work on a plan with me to help correct it over the sessions!

Really good knowledge and very helpful in terms of what was the root cause of my issue what exercises to do to help fix the issue.

Friendly environment, uses variety of different methods to tackle the problem.

He was knowledgeable and professional, but he also listened carefully to what I had to say and adjusted his treatment accordingly.

Stu had a very modern approach to his work and focused a lot on my body’s movement pattern whilst also providing exceptional education on the underlying issues behind my pain.

Was a great help, very knowledgeable and gave me specific and challenging exercises that increased ability/strength and reduced pain,

So, you take action. You book an appointment with yet another so-called “expert”: Physio Chiropractor Osteo Whoever promises to get you back on track. But the moment you lace up your shoes and hit the road again, BAM! That all-too-familiar pain comes creeping back. The real problem is deeper—it’s how you’re running, how you’re recovering, and how you’re NOT addressing the underlying issues. 💥 What if you stopped wasting time and money on band-aid solutions and instead committed to a plan that doesn’t just patch you up temporarily but actually makes you stronger, smarter, and injury-free for good? Imagine: Never dealing with the cycle of pain and frustration again. Running pain-free, confident that you won’t be derailed by the same old injuries. It’s not a dream—it’s possible, but only if you’re ready to do things differently.
