Her classes are well prepared and thoughtful, she gently adjusts every move for everyone's ability or injuries, she gives insight into the movements and their benefits and she is a huge amount of fun too!!
I've just finished two blocks of post-natal pilates and it's done my body and mind a world of good (the freshly baked goods at the end of each class is a lovely touch too!
I particularly like how Jill gives to tips to use Pilate moves in your everyday life, this has improved my pram pushing technique no end!!
