Thank you to all at Krav Maga academy and especially thank you to all the other students who made me feel part of the family.
There are no egos, people are very friendly and helpful at all levels.
Lack of fitness is not an excuse not to come and learn, not only important skills but also build more confidence in yourself and also getting fitter within a controlled but enjoyable environment.....
Piotr and the other instructors are great tutors making the learning fun, as well as the obvious health and self defence benefits.
The techniques we learn are practical in a real-life defensive environment, but they were also packed with physical training activities, with the pacing just right – challenging enough to keep you engaged, but not overwhelming.
A very friendly group of people in each class with no-one judging you for being the newbie and sessions that are made really enjoyable.
Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, learn self defence and/or increase confidence, you will be made to feel welcome by all.
Very good training for all abilities.
But every class i attend, it makes me think about why these classes are not funded by the govt for the safety of all domestic violence victims.
The team at the academy gave me all the help and training I needed to get me where I needed to be and I’m happy to say that was over two years ago and I am now a fully committed member who has reached his goals and been keeping to them with confidence.
